In 2017, I founded ACES (Admission Consulting & Educational Services) after years of experience as an independent school educator, diversity practitioner, and associate director of admission at a top independent school. ACES is an access-oriented organization created to serve as a valuable resource for families navigating independent day and boarding school admissions. Since our inception, we’ve guided numerous families from pre-application through enrollment, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed for a successful admissions journey.

As both an experienced admission professional and a current independent school parent, I bring a dual perspective of theory and practice. Having personally navigated this complex process for my own daughter, I understand the challenges families face and engage with them empathetically and insightfully. ACES is truly a labor of love—conceived, developed, and executed to share critical admission knowledge, foster meaningful relationships, and help every family find access to the educational opportunities they deserve.
